Inhalt: This workshop will focus on expanding upon the critical theories discussed in the Theory & Methodology seminar. It will not only provide a review of the major schools of critical thought, but serve as a collaborative effort to analyze short stories, poems, movie clips, or really anything that we want to talk about. Therefore, it’s not only a great opportunity for those who have already visited the seminar to apply and practice their knowledge, but will also be a good companion course/study session for those currently enrolled in the seminar. Please note! Critical theory is difficult, and this course will be DISCUSSION based. You need to read the materials provided and be prepared to hash out your thoughts, concerns, arguments and questions. Further announcements and details about the workshop (i.e. time, place, and materials) will be announced closer to the beginning of the semester. We look forward to seeing you all there!
