Inhalt:
Anhand von Übungsfällen werden ausgewählte Probleme des Zivilrechts behandelt und dabei die Methodik der Fallbearbeitung vertieft. Es werden eine Ferienhausarbeit und drei dreistündige Klausuren angeboten.
