Inhalt:
Graham Swift is one of the most important writers of contemporary British fiction. He has published nine novels. For Last Orders (1996) he was awarded the Booker Prize. We will study this novel and Shuttlecock (1981), Wasteland (1983) and The Light of Day (2003). Among the topics to be investigated are the representation of 'history', the use of narrative perspective(s) and the implications of topography.
