Voraussetzungen / Organisatorisches: 1. Course objectives - This course shall enhance your understanding of the role of corporate risk management. Important note: This course does not cover financial risk management. - You will get familiar with the key concepts of internal controls, enterprise risk management, and internal auditing. You will learn tools and techniques that shall enable you to apply these concepts. - You will learn to effectively communicate about risk management and auditing in the English language. 2. Course grading - The grading is based on the performance in a final written exam of 60 minutes. The exam questions will be in English. You may answer the questions in German or English. - In addition, you are required to complete a case study assignment.
