Contents:
This workshop invites American Studies Master students to learn more about writing and editing academic papers. We will focus on improvement strategies and applying peer review methods to successfully revise and edit our academic writing.
The goal is to provide a writing lab in which each participant benefits from writing and presenting her/his own work, and editing the work of others. Students will have the opportunity to improve weaknesses instructors have criticized in previous papers, present and work on their current academic projects, or write a mock conference paper. The workshop will help you to perfect your writing and your performance for future professional careers.
This is an initiative by M.A. students for M.A. students. You cannot get any credits for this workshop, but you can gain experience and expertise.
