"Reading Middle High German Poetry"
This hands-on seminar is to exercise and improve in reading and accurately understanding the middle high german language and as well to get in closer touch with different genres, styles and tradition of german poetry in the High Middle Ages.
At the beginning of the semester we will consider together which texts we want to get to know. For the first examples I will bring copies.
