The interpreting science practice course "Note Taking" should already have been taken or should be taken along with the practice course Consecutive Interpreting DE-FR at the latest.
Contents:
In the interpreting practice course "Ü Consecutive Interpreting DE-FR", participants are taught the basics of DE-FR consecutive interpreting. This includes presentation techniques, strengthening comprehension skills and the analysis of rudimentary interpreting strategies. The knowledge acquired in the practice course "Note Taking" is further developed in this class. At the end of the course, students are able to simultaneously interpret a short, simple, narrative or specific speech from German into French.
To successfully complete the course, students must fulfil the active participation requirements (active involvement, regular participation).
