The course is planned as face-to-face learning. If there are changes in the teaching format due to the pandemic situation, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Contents:
The seminar is intended to give an insight into the teaching of grammar in a school characterized by linguistic heterogeneity. Based on the literature and using concrete teaching examples, we will deal with the following contents:
* Introduction to language didactics
* Learning areas of German and their representation in the framework curriculum
* Development of the concept of grammar
* Grammar and language in educational contexts
* Acquisition of morpho-syntactic skills
* Linguistic structural models: position field model
* Noun inflection: gender, case, numerus
* Methods of teaching grammar
* Language and inclusion
* Digitization in grammar lessons
In addition to a didactic introduction, the students should reflect on language, get to know approaches to grammar teaching, analyze text examples and modify work tasks.
The aim is to initiate and develop professional competence in teaching grammatical structures of German in the context of German as a first language and German as a second language.
