This course is part of a four-part ISSK module for advanced English competence.
Contents:
In this course, students will work on improving their use of English for academic purposes through a selection of reading, writing and translation assignments. The text types we will be working with range from abstracts and critical essays to academic papers and presentations.
Key skills include reading, summarizing, critical discussion, writing and translating, as well as reviewing/editing the work of others.
The class will be held in English.
