This exercise is primarily aimed at first-year students. Drawing knowledge is not required.
Contents:
One of the most important finds in archeology are ceramic artefacts. They can be used for dating and they are also an important basis for the reconstruction of distribution and trade routes, technological advances and social issuse.
This exercise teaches the basics of dokumentation. The focus is on late antique material. The exercise includes the independent drawing of finds and their chronological and functional classification. In addition, the finds will be digitized and prepared for publication.
