Inhalt: This seminar deals with complex constructions including complement clauses, relative clauses and adverbial clauses, as well as related issues of finiteness, mixed categories and complex predicates. The students will discuss the papers dealing with complex clauses and complex predicates in different languages and from different theoretical perspectives. The last classes are reserved for the short presentations (Kurzpräsentationen) by the students on the topic of complex constructions.
