This course will present, practice and evaluate teaching methods of prose fiction in the EFL classroom. After looking into the theoretical base of teaching prose fiction in general, students will create own ideas and approaches to teaching novels in different age groups and levels as well as in analytical and creative tasks. Students are required to give a presentation on a task cycle they designed and hand in their presentation. Detailed information will be given out in the first session.
