  • cross sectioni calculations (Feynman diagrams, perturbation theory)
  • Symmetries and local gauge invariance,
  • the Standard Model (SM) and precision tests,
  • Electroweak symmetry breaking and the Brout-Englert-Higgs mechanism,
  • Mixing and CP violation in the quark and neutrino sector
  • Search for physics beyond the SM
