The overall mark of the module consists of 100% of an exam.
Contents:
After attending the course, students will be able to classify and explain the basic concepts and principles of company foundation and foundation management and apply them to different foundation scenarios. The course enables students to think entrepreneurially and to develop creative solutions for start-up relevant questions and challenges.

Introduction to entrepreneurship and foundation management; Entrepreneurial process and phases of new venture foundation; Entrepreneurial opportunities; Feasibility analysis; Business models and strategy development; Development of business plans; Legal aspects of entrepreneurship; Financing for founders; Building a new venture team; Growth strategies; Corporate Entrepreneurship

Digital teaching:
The lecture is designed as a "Flipped Classroom" model. Thereby recorded lecture videos are uploaded to Moodle. The videos are to be watched in self-study before the respective live lecture. In the live lecture, the topics are fleshed out and questions are discussed.
