The course is divided into a lecture and an exercise. In the exercise students create and give a case study presentation.
The overall grade consists of 60% of an exam and 40% of the case study presentation.
Contents:
Students grasp the topic of strategy development and the development of business models in a digital context. Students are enabled to recognize and develop digital business models and to master the challenges of strategy implementation in the digital age.
Main topics:
In-depth consideration of the topics digital strategy, digital business models, business model innovation through digitalization, peer-to-peer economy, platform business models, big data, artificial intelligence and block-chain-based business models
